Return / Exchange Policy
RETURNS
Our business model does not give us the flexibility to accept returns unless the product is damaged or if you receive a wrong product. Return is not accepted if the Customer does not like the material or colour of the product as all product details are mentioned in the Product description. We would suggest you to please read all the details before placing the order. Kindly refer to our Replacement policy in case you have received a wrong / damaged product.
REPLACEMENT
We do two rounds of quality checking before we ship the products to you. However, in the unlikely event of you receiving a defective, damaged, or wrong item as per order, we will certainly process a replacement for the same. You just have to send us an email to nnoblefit@gmail.com with an image highlighting the defect/damage within 24 hours of order delivery. Our team will assess the damage and offer to exchange the product for a new one or give a refund, once the original product is returned.
Please note
1. The products are considered “damaged” only if they have severe manufacturing defects making them unfit for wear or use.
2. A product is not considered ‘faulty’ if there is a slight color variation between the image on the website and the actual product.
3. Noble fit is not liable for damages to the product after it has been received by the customer. If the product has been damaged in transit (e.g. the packaging is clearly damaged), the customer may refuse to accept the product and inform Noble fit by emailing us at nnoblefit@gmail.com
4. Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices. It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.
5. All items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unsoiled.
We will process the replacement after receipt of the product by Noble fit or its business partner with meeting the above conditions of the product. Time taken for processing the replacement is based on the availability of the stock.
SIZE EXCHANGE
In case of alterations in size, please reach out to us at nnoblefit@gmail.com mentioning the issue you are facing and the order number. The exchange request has to be initiated within 48 hours from the time of order delivery. The customer will be requested to ship the product back to the address mentioned by our exchange team in the email and share the tracking details with us. We will have the exchange product shipped to the customer within 5-7 business days of us receiving the original product from the customer. An additional shipping fee of Rs.150 has to be borne by the customer for reshipping the product.
Please Note:
1. All purchases made on offers and discounts are non exchangeable.
2. All customized products (which have been made specifically to a customer’s size / measurements) are non-exchangeable.
3. We offer only size exchange on our products and not product exchange.
4. We humbly do not take return on items once sold.
5. All items must be returned in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
6. All items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and unsoiled.
7. All garments should be tried only on carpeted surfaces. The same policies apply to all items bought via Store Credit.
8. We will be unable to initiate an exchange for a product that has already been exchanged once.
